In collaboration with Head of School Ms. Bilash, they will choose a special theme for a school-wide dress-down day during our Spirit Week (the last week of school). What a fun way to celebrate the end of the year!

Grayson English teacher Ms. DiMeo will coach your child to explore and express themselves in this customizable creative writing series. In their 1-1 private sessions, your young writer will deepen their love for writing and hone their craft.

This series is three 1-hour sessions for one student in grades 6-12.

Your student will have the exclusive opportunity to plan an activity for the entire school on our biggest celebration of the year: Star Wars Day on May 4th. They will collaborate with Head of School Ms. Bilash and the Star Wars Day planning team to bring their creativity to this special and fun day.

Your young student will have an amazing science adventure with Grayson science teacher Ms. Connolly-Sporing.

In this 1-1 experience, Ms. Connolly-Sporing will design an experiment or activity especially for your child. Simply tell her what your child loves, and she will create a fun, engaging, and memorable science adventure.

This experience is one student in grades PreK-3.

For the ultimate Grayson magic lover!

Your student and a friend will join Grayson teachers Ms. Lyon and Mr. Vargha after school to play Magic the Gathering, plus receive game dice and these four ready-to-play decks, especially curated by Ms. Lyon:

1) Black, A Brief Monsterology of Ikoria: This deck is themed around the dangerous life cycle in the monster-filled plane of Ikoria.

2) Red/White, Even in Exile: This deck uses a combination of creatures, instants, and sorceries to go for big damage turns.

3) Black/Green, Pests in the Overgrowth: This deck takes the life and death motifs of the forests and swamps to damage your opponents while giving yourself more life.

4) White/Black, Dangerous Skies: Own the skies and cast deadly spells to destroy your opponent's creatures and the cards in their hands.

For up to 2 students in grades 4-12.

Your PreK student will have the play date of their dreams with their beloved Ms. Salus and 2 friends. Collaborate with Ms. Salus to design the perfect 2-hour experience based on your child's interests, including baking, crafting, games, stories, and more.

This 2-hour play date is for up to 3 PreK students.

Grayson teacher Mr. Vargha, our very own Master of Games, will run a custom game night for your child and up to 5 of their friends. They will collaborate with Mr. Vargha to design their ultimate gaming experience, choosing board games, role-playing games, pen and paper, cards, computers, virtual gaming and more. Perfect for a birthday party or any other occasion.

This is a three-hour experience. For up to 6 students in grades 4-12.

A gorgeous gift or beautiful addition to your own kitchen: a custom hardwood cutting board that is handmade by Grayson teacher Ms. Meghan Vetter and husband Alex.

You will collaborate with Meghan and Alex to create the design for your cutting board. They will then use cherry, walnut, and maple hardwood to bring your vision to life.

Your student will have a blast in this customized basketball clinic from CompSci teacher/basketball coach Mr. Hartman. The lesson is for all ages and any skill level, and will be held on a regulation-size court at Grayson or a mutually convenient athletic facility.

Mr. Hartman currently coaches an elite travel basketball team for 12U boys and previously coached college and high school basketball for 15 years.

This is a 45-minute experience for up to 3 students.

Grayson teacher Ms. Brown, an accomplished knitter, will give your student a 1-hour knitting lesson to get them started on a project. Materials will be provided so that they can continue to work on their project after the lesson.

This is a 1-hour experience for one student in grades 2-12.

This is a double-layer dream for your student baker!

First, Grayson's own expert baker Ms. Pedersen will be your student's guide in a customized baking lesson for their favorite treat: cookies, pies, croissants, cake, brownies, anything they choose.

And, Grayson art teacher Ms. Angelillo will collaborate with your student to design and 3D print an original cookie cutter for their future baking endeavors.

This experience is for one student in grades 6-12.

In this after-school Snapology Enrichment class at Grayson, your PreK-2 student will build models that teach the fundamentals of robotic design and coding.

Whether learning about sensors while building drills and magic wands, or discovering ways that gears and pulleys create movement while building helicopters and robotic dogs, your child is sure to learn and have a great time!

For 1 student in grades PreK-2. After-school Enrichment class at Grayson. Thursdays at 3:30pm in April & May.
